Acro, short for acrobatics, combines elements of gymnastics, dance, and partner work to create dynamic and captivating routines. In our Acro class, young learners will develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while exploring the thrilling world of acrobatics in a safe and supportive environment.
Led by our experienced and certified instructors, this class will focus on building a strong foundation in acrobatic skills such as handstands, cartwheels, balances, tumbling, and partner acrobatics. Through fun and engaging exercises, students will enhance their agility, body awareness, and confidence as they progress through the curriculum.
Our Acro class is perfect for beginners and intermediate level students who are passionate about gymnastics and eager to expand their repertoire of skills. Whether your child dreams of performing gravity-defying tricks or simply wants to have fun while staying active, our Acro class offers something for everyone.
